Delivery and Shipping Policies
- Subway DC only ships within Australia, to a Physical Address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. PayPal is the ONLY option for payment, for international orders.
- All orders are shipped via Regular Mail with Australia Post. Postage is on a sliding scale, based on weight with the minimum postage fee of 9.95 AUD.
- In most cases orders will be received within 5- 7 business days of shipping. Items that are larger or to remote locations can take longer.
- All orders are processed between Monday and Friday, during normal business hours. Purchases made on Saturday and, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Lost and stolen postage sent via Express or Regular Post is NOT covered by insurance.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are checked before sending and are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Most importantly we wish our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, and offer the following advice to ensure this:
Conditions of Return/Exchange:
Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item for refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery. Items not received within the 7-day period will not be accepted.
You must indicate your intention to exchange/return any garment within 7 days of the date of delivery either via email at sales@subwaydc.com.au or contacting the sales department on 08 9481 0520. All deliveries come with a Return Application Form. In order to ensure a successful exchange/refund a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Subway DC and be included on the form. Items not received with a Return Application Form and RA number will not be accepted and marked return to sender.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Returning Goods: Please enclose
a) The completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and
b) Your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.
Privacy
Subway DC understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Subway Directional Clothing Pty Ltd.
Subway Directional Clothing Pty Ltd. does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the subwaydc.com.au website.
Your credit card details are processed by Commonwealth Bank, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
As required by law, you may "opt-out" from direct marketing material that we may send.

Important Information About Your Order
Subway DC's online store operates separately from the Retails stores in the Perth CBD, Claremont and Fremantle. All communication regarding an online purchase must be received by e-mail or telephone to the Subway DC Online Store sales team, and NOT to any of the physical store locations.
Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 7-day period from date of delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7-day period at sales@subwaydc.com.au or on (09) 9481 0520 and we will organize a replacement for you.
If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be present at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
